Update ::

I finally flashed the bios with a modded winflash tool
im able to find the vt option in the bios but im not able to find the AHCI option

what to do

How did you flash it? I am trying from DOS and I get the Platform error. 
Please let me know what tools you used and where you got them. There is no hard drive on this machine, so I am currently building a bootable xp usb stick so that i can try winphlash.

I want to update the BIOS in order to have 4Gb (2*2Gb) RAM and a T7500 processor (you can see it here http://ark.intel.com/products/29761/Inte...00-MHz-FSB )

When I have try to use your bios version I have encountered this errors:

Can you please tell me what to do in order to be able to change the BIOS?
