Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hi, I have a toshiba satellite m215 and the bios can be found at toshiba's website under Satellite M200-ST2002.
All I would like to do is have all options available that are not currently available with v2.30 (if it makes any difference), thanks.
I do understand everyone here is busy so I'm not expecting a quick response.
