Modbin corrupts this BIOS so I am not quite sure how to enable RAID... Sorry.
Edit: Manually enabled the option with a hex editor, so here it is with Intel Matrix RAID 11. Untested, use at your own risk.

Those old P45 boards had a lot more to offer than people thought!

Dansolo this mBios did not work. It did brick my board. But my board okay again right now back to normal
If possible disregard ulocking Raid and make me another mBios. Just update the Update Marvell O-ROM to 1.1.0.L75 If it have i don't know if it is using Marvell or Jmicron and if is has a Intel O-Rom please update it to v11.0.0.1124

Your Chipset (ICH10) does NOT support RAID.
