Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

im new to this and i hope you understand what im asking and im not even sure it can be done

i have a push pull heatsink and i want the fans to fan_cpu and fan_opt1 to both work together, to both work off cpu temps there is no option for this in bios. any way to make this happen.

Why not just power both fans from one source making them work in parallel?

would that not split the power, thus lowering the speed of both fans? or even pull more power on that fan port
