Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hi,

Hasn't worked for me. Tried both winphlash and plash16 but the bios in SLIC Toolkit still states 2.0 and Dump shows 53 20 00 00.

Loaded the .ROM into phoenix editor and it states SLIC2.1 and the .WPH states SLIC2.0

Can't use phlash with the .ROM though, just hangs.

Any ideas?

Added SLIC Toolkit dump and RWeverything ACPI

Sorry i forgot to mod the .WPH

Please redownload the file , both the ROM and WPH now have Acer 2.1 SLIC

Just reflashed bios and now at 2.1 and working great!

Can you guide me with simple steps how I can update my acer travelmate 5720 G bios. as I am having black screen problem after almost every morning start up.
I have downloaded all of your files but Have no idea how to proceed with them
