I second this, after the great work made by Mumak with HWiNFO now we need a working fan control for Linux! Please unlock fan trip point control!

Tried, you unlocked a lot of stuff
However the fan control system seems to be broken. In the bios there are only 2 settings: LOW and HIGH. Changing the low fan speed doesn't change anything. The machine behaviour is innatural: below the LOW trip point (55°) the fan is OFF, then it suddenly starts @ 3500-3800 rpm no matter what is set in the bios.
A more reasonable behaviour is something like FAN OFF < 30°, FAN @ 2000-2500 < 55°, and so on.

EDIT: Found and installed your A04 Modded BIOS. I am still unable to figure out how to disable integrated graphics. Could you please tell me how?
This BIOS version A04 is currently missing from the download options. I can see A03..... I simple want to disable the Intel GPU. Feaksincostumes commented in another forum that this worked with Camilo's A04 bios unlock. However it does not seem to be available for download anymore. Any ideas? Thanks!
Hi I'm looking for the unlocked A04 bios as well and hoping it will have ability to only have Nvidia GPU on m11xR3? I read somewhere else that when only using Nvidia GPU in bios selection, you can't boot past the bios screen and requires CMOS reset? Any update? Thanks.
Teaberry, the issue with CMOS reset was because Feaksincostumes disabled all video gpu's in the bios, not just the Intel one a mistake he later explained. In the same explanation he claimed (during a second attempt) to have successfully disabled the Intel GPU, forcing the Nvidia as primary GPU. I eagerly await a response regarding A04. ....
