Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Can someone make a mod of the new BIOS version? I can't find the latest version and I need to update my BIOS because of some problems. Thanks in advance!

-Motherboard Manufacturer and Model: ASRock P67 Extreme4
-Bios Revision: 2.10
-Bios Type: UEFI
-Bios SLIC: ASUS 2.1

Just one more question... What do I do with acpitbls.rw file?
Is it a part of the old BIOS or will I have to flash or use it somewhere? Google didn't tell me the answer.
