Can someone unlock my mini pci-e port 0 to work with pci cards? I think is lock to usb cards.

That seems more hardware issue, not bios.

I have two laptops clevo m761su. And one m761sun.
And one of the m761su wifi pci card works while the other m761su the wifi card does not work. The only difference between the two is the BIOS version.
So I think the problem of m761sun, is also the bios.
it is possible to take a look in the bios to see if you find something?

What i mean is that many laptops with two "PCIe" bays uses one completely (USB+PCIe) and the other just the USB pins are connected. Ensure this is not your case.
