Unfortunately it appears that lenovo has killed off downgrading from the 1.41 bios version, therefore i can't use previously whitelisted bios versions for my specific model. Humbly requesting for help with whitelist removal. Thanks guys.

Warning: do not upgrade to 8cuj20us, it wont allow you to downgrad nor is there a current patched version of it around.
