Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Could you please help me to mod my vaio vpceb3F43 to enable vt and ht? tried EP0000208408 slic 2.1, there's an available update but i can't proceed because the system won't allow to continue.

BIOS VERSION : R1140Y8 AVAILABLE VERSION: R2060Y0
