Ok, i remade from scratch this one, it's the least intrusive patch i can do, just unhide the Graphics select option.
I hope it does not freeze this time, and the option retains the value changed.
Ok,thank you Camiloml, this bios does not freeze.
But the Option not work.
I'm trying tomorrow to find a methode to make photos.
I have found an unlocked Bios,in the video options is a option to set the displayoutput.
This i must show you,and then if you have time and no stress, you can try it to add in this bios the graphic selection option.
And again thank you for your work!

I'm afraid if the bios does not accept change in that option then maybe is not possible by any reason disable the switchable mode, maybe other working mode is not supported, just a guess.

This Option work, but it doesn't save it.
If i change to integraded card it acept it and the nvidia card is disabled.
If i change to discrete card the screen is black,i think the bios change the video output after reset, but after reset is the value change to switchable mode.
So last test,if this not work, can this thread closed.

This Bios is unlocked and has in the video options a value to change the output.
Please can you add the option that you has added in you previous releases.
And sorry i didn't found a way to take photos.

I'm sorry, but i don't see setup module to be updated in that bios you linked, i assume it simply doesn't update the bios setup module because it uses same as previous releases.
Have you tried to flash it to your system and see if the options you look for are there?

@yasol
open platform.ini and search [Bios_Version_Check]
There is a value Flag=2 this set you to Flag=0.
Then you can downgrade the Bios version.
So,the Problem between the switching is,the nVidia GPU is not connected to the Display.
My Optimus looks like this.
