Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hello ! I have a Dv9649em with a Core 2 Duo and a ICH8 Chipset .
I Searched unlocked Bios for this platform but i haven't found any , Could you unlock mine ?

No reply ? :/ I searched a lot but i didn't find any Unlocked bios for this computer . Tell me if you need some informations on this bios/Laptop
