Please help,
I have a 2XGNJ Ericsson WWAN PCI-E card that wont work because of the HP Bios.
Is there a fix for this?
Im on firmware build F.13 released 2010-08-12

sp50053 firmware download

If anyone can assist in a solution it would be much appriciated.

Update**
I have extracted the .exe with UniExtract which revealed the Insyde flash & firmware 0147FF13.bin image
As it starts with 01xxxxxx.bin im 99% sure it's RSA Signed!
Does this mean the WWAN whitelist cannot be removed?
Thanks for supporting camiloml,
unfortunately boot up still halts & I get the following message,
105-Unsupported wireless broadband device detected.
System halted. Remove device and restart.

There is however a new firmware build with bug fixes that's just been released version F.15 released 2011-12-02
Maybe this build will be a success?

Nope getting the same message: 105-Unsupported wireless broadband device detected.
I know, you will see the error, but now it should continue booting not halt.
opps, i missed one little thing. lol

Download it again from same link and try it now Wink
Ok on that last revision error code 105 did not show & the system continued to boot in to Windows... Only this time the WWAN card was not discovered at all.
I looked in device manager & scanned for hardware changes but nothing new showed up?
Camiloml,
Do you work alone or are you open to suggestions?

I know someone else @MDL who would like to add there input.
A person I regard as extremely through who Is genuinely interested in learning what you do.
Basically it's been said that version 1.94 of andy's tool assigns the right sig if that's any help...
There's a thread I created over @MDL you may be interested in Wink
