Thanks for taking this one on.
The flashing tool reports "bad bios image" and refuses to flash.
Did you use FlashSPI From DOS or QFlash ?
If you used QFlash try FlashSPI.
I used FlashSPI from DOS first, but when that didn't work I tried QFlash. Both gave the same result. Then I noticed that the linked file seemed to be for UD3 rather than UD3H. That may be the problem, as they are very similar but different boards.
I discovered the award bios mod tool mentioned in the archive you linked, poked around in it until I was confident I understood it, and tried it out myself on the UD3H bios. It worked!
I can confirm that the following combination works on this board: SSV3 w/ ACPITBL at End
Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

I'm not sure I understand you. The "Award Bios Mod.txt" in the file I downloaded listed UD3 F11 rather than UD3H F11g. Did I get the wrong file somehow?

Why do you think the F11g Beta is for the UD3 and NOT the UD3H ?
You must have.
I just re-downloaded and checked my Modded BIOS linked above in Post #2
and it is Absolutely the Beta BIOS F11g for the GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3.
I have no idea where you got the UD3 BIOS from but it wasn't from this thread.
I just downloaded and re-checked it and you are correct. I could have sworn it was this thread I came back to...
Well, pardon my confusion.
I can see this file is exactly the same mod I wound up doing myself so I guess you can consider this one confirmed too.

No Problem, I'm just glad you got it working.
