Hey! I search the same BIOS 0143FF28, for dv7-4060us. Without any advanced. Just BIOS default.
sp52953.exe contains hmm... 'strange' *.bin file. It should be unpacked to separate modules, and packed again into a normal standard *.bin file.
I have made this, but i don't know if i do it right (because this is first time i do, and don't have a possibility to verify result).
If someone have dv7-4060us or dv7-4278nr or dv7-4100er or another compatible device with same BIOS, you could upgrade to F28 and make backup/dump and put it here. This would be almost what i looking for...
