Hello.
I have this old machine Dell Optiplex 745
and there is already SLIC 2.1 mod in here :

Downloaded the file but its EXE file.
My question is :
1. How can i flash using that EXE bios file? While in the flashing tutorial here : http://www.bios-mods.com/bios-update/
Phlash use BIN file.
How i change this EXE to BIN?
2. Is there a way to backup my original BIOS before flashing it?
What should i use and how is the command/switch?
P.S. : I already have usb flashdrive for booting
