I want to know if the bios can be modded to where I can add 8gb of memory instead of 4gb and can anyone change my boot image to an alienware image? Can other features be added like allocating system memory to the GPU?

okay got it to work, will my laptop support more than 4gb of ram now?
Ofcourse no , the limitation of ram size ( like max size for ram is 4GB ) is not from BIOS but its from the motherboard design and it can`t be fixed.

I have the same laptop and what does this BIOS mod do exactly? Will it support more cpus like the turion II or what? Does This update the microcode injector would be my question if it could support the Turion II (S1G3) models.
