Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hi friends from bios-mods.com . Im asking for your help with my horrible insydeh2o bios. I have a lenovo g470 core i5 2nd gen with intel hd3000 wich is ok for some games.
The thing is i want to play some games that requires at least 256 mb of video memory and my computer is set up to just 64mb. So i tried like in older pc's to increase the agp aperture size or increase the video memory in the bios but the horrible insydeh20 bios has no options for this. I know the intel hd3000 uses adaptive memory and blah blah, but some games wont understand that and will require the 256mb of video memory.

Is possible to flash the bios in order to get the option that increases my video memory ?? Im willing to donate, pay or wathever is necessary for this.

Please help me out !!!

Thanks for your help mick. i found in the lenovo website only an upgrade to the bios, i dont know if this can work for you or not http://consumersupport.lenovo.com/cl/es/..._4481.html . I can backup my bios and upload the file if needed too (if you need that please tell me what software do i use to back up the bios)

Hi, I also want to make this request. My friend's Lenovo G470 has two problems:

1. I can only use integrated graphic card under XP, while G470's bios menu does not allow me to enable the ATI Radeon HD 6370 graphic card.

2. I need to bypass the WLAN ID check since my original WLAN card is broken, I bought a replacement but G470 does now allow me to boot with it. (while I know this request should be made in the white-list sections, but since I got two separate problems. I think I should just mention it in one post.)

If anyone can enlighten me on how to mod the Insydeh2o BIOS, I am willing to try it myself. I followed General method to remove whitelist from Insyde BIOS, but not only my BIOS is 4MB but I could not locate any strings mentioned in the post.

Hi! im from argentina(sorry for the bad english) and i recently bought an LENOVO G470 and i want to play a several games and with the intel hd 3000 you dont have the option to increase de dedicated memory also you cant modify the bios(InsydeH20 rev 3.5)...can you help me to unlock the bios to change the advanced settings?

I found 4 menu tabs block and cannot check which are, so You ave to post screen shots of your actual menu tabs !
There is no problem for 2.18 I will check it too, but I prefered look newet one !
