I have recently been exposed to the many problems associated with this board. I updated the bios from HP for this mobo (Hp ECS MCP61PM-HM (Nettle)) and it appears I have less control than I previously had. My bios version previously was 5.01 and is now 5.27. I did not back up the old 5.01 as I figured the new one would be better. My question is....Will the nettle 2 bios update explained here work on the regular nettle board? My comp is the HP a6030n. The boards look identical except the nettle board is REV 1.0A and the nettle 2 is Rev 1.08. Thanks.
