Try without renaming the HP_TOOLS partition, i tried a trick

With original HP_TOOLS partition in place if the mod gets black screen it can auto repair or do it forcing WIN-B

I tried again with the link to the BIOS you provided. I did not rename HP_TOOLS and I did not modify the platform.ini file.

The BIOS flashed and then "black screened" and the BIOS did an "auto repair" from the HP_TOOLS partition.

Thanks again for trying Camilo, sp55375 must really be a tough one to crack. I wonder what makes it so different from all the others?
