I own a HP Pavilion g6-1b67ca Notebook PC and am turning it into a hackintosh but I am having trouble with my hard drive not being seen by the installer. So I would like to be able to change the AHCI setting. The bios is horrible and I can't change hardly anything.
I have a Insyde F.23 version bios but it is not listed at the HP site so below is a link to the next highest one, a F.25. The newer ones only add pc models and no bug fixes or new features so I don't care about them.
Settings I would like to be able to change if possible:
1. sata settings, preferrably to ahci
2. Disable Cool N’ Quiet/Quiet Boot
3. Disable C1E
4. change "Shutdown" to S1 (POS)
