Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Helllo world...
May I request some bios mod for hp pavilion dv4-3129 (3100series) to have an option to change dynamic mode gpu became fixed mode gpu (or vice versa) like dv6/7/dm4 have...since hp too lazy or unaware about it
I have googling around almost everytime but still got no result
