Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

I am wanting to put a card with 300 Mbps transmission/reception, and bluetooth. Maybe that would work is the Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6230.

I need modified BIOS or whitelist removal before I buy that card, or someone suggest another card in those characteristics.
