This bios is encrypted according to Andy's Tool. If encryption ever becomes available I am interested and will test. I really want to get rid of this worthless realtek 8188ce wlan card.........

Any other solution regarding whitelist short of don't buy hp or get a new laptop would be appreciated. I wont make the mistake of hp again. I have the original win7 drive but run linux on a new drive, so I can test either way.
