Looks like HP released a new BIOS since I asked for the last unlock (different thread) which didnt work.

Really would appreciate the ability to use different wireless controllers and have access to advanced settings.

I thought this might make things a bit easier. I backed up a dump of my current firmware using the Universal BIOS Backup ToolKit.
If someone could point me at the right tools I could try to fix it myself, but not sure where to find what I need.
