Hi all..
I've spent a couple of hours reading over all the forums..
Before I request a BIOS mod for my laptop, I wanted to see if anyone had any experience upgrading the CPU in a Toshiba L655 or L650 laptop?
This is the laptop: L655-S5117 (PSK2CU-0HP01S)
This model has a i3 370m arrandale cpu.
According to SIW, the Southbridge is: Intel HM55 Revision 05
The Socket is: Socket 989 rPGA
CPU is Revision K0
I was wondering if any of these CPUs are compatible:
i7-720QM
i7-740QM
i7-820QM
i7-840QM
