Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hello guys, i am new to Bios modding. I need .rom or .fd file for modification of my HP laptop bios. I extracted the Bios .exe file,but there is no .rom or .fd file, instead there is .bin file that i am not able to extract . I tried many softwares to extract this bin file but no success. Please help me how to extract .bin file. here is the Bios Link.

1.get winrar
2.if on windows 7 open windows explorer
3.press alt key goto tools
4.select folder options
5.goto view and check show hidden files and folders and uncheck hide known file types
