Is it possible to mod UEFI BIOS? If so, can someone please try mine?

-Motherboard Manufacturer and Model: MSI B75MA-P45 (MS-7798)
-Bios Revision: 1.1
-Bios Type: AMI (UEFI version)
-Bios SLIC: ASUS 2.1
