Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hi, I don't know that I'm in the right Tread.
I have a Dell XPS One with Onboard Intel x3100 graphic card and this machine does build in MXM II Pcie slot for upgrade video
I bought ATI HD3650 MXM II graphic card and install in this machine so my kid can play game on line for education.
when the new video card installed the PC does boot but the screen stay black. for what I reseach, this machine only take ATI HD2400 from dell. and in side the bios it have the whitelist to block for any the video card.

Please Please Please, someone able to help me to remove the video card white list in this machine?

I attach my backup bios rom file.
here are ATI HD 3650: VEN ID: 1002 , DEV ID: 9591

if I get the mod bios, I will flash it and report back.
