Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

I have flashed AMI and Award slics before, but I can figure out how to open the bbs file. Does anyone know if theres a tutorial or how I need to get this file opened? I wanna get the Win 7 slic on it. The bios is a AMI and heres the link to the mobo.

Thanks for the moded file. Is there a certain oem disc I should use?

certificate is attached, the key is not tied to the vendor

I'm sorry to keep bugging you, but what directory do I put the certificate in?
