Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

I'm sorry that I'm not attaching RW Everything report but I'm not by the computer for which I need the slic.

Here are specifications of notebook and link to bios:

ASUS V1JP
chipset: i945 PM
southbridge: 82801GMH (ICH7-M/U)
