Can I get help for wifi card whitelist removal and unlock power/advanced options?

I can't use turbo boost on my G480 with an i7 3632qm. If anyone can help I can provide my BIOS backup that I did with Universal BIOS Backup Toolkit 2.0 to PM or any fileserver.

Using the Universal BIOS Backup ToolKit 2.0 for your laptop model is not desirable...use BACKUP_Tools19 or fpt only
