The latest BIOS is located here:

The ACPI Tables output from RW Everything v1.7 64-bit is attached.

I saw "AMI" mentioned in many places in the various ACPI Tables tabs so I assume it's not Phoenix or Insyde.

The specific request is to enable legacy boot from internal optical drives (Dell disabled internal drives from using Legacy Boot).
