Bios MOD Lenovo L390/ Wifi support MacOS

Hello... 

They have given me a Thinkpad L390 that I love, I have installed MacOS Ventura and it works very well...

But I have a problem, the wiffi is intel... I have several full work wiffi cards at home in MacOS, but I have put it on this laptop and the wiffi does not show up, not even in windows as a PCI device, it's like I didn't put the card in the slot, instead the Bluetooth yes...

So, before making a copy of the bios with the SPI programmer, I wanted to ask you if the wifi card I'm talking about could be activated with a bios MOD, which is the following:

Is that this laptop has an Intel AC 9560 which is CNVi... and the wifi BCM94360NG is NGFF and I don't know if the laptop will detect it even with a bios MOD???
