aparently you can't whitelist in the BIOS such thing, since its controlled by another chip, the solution for this problem is there:

Download an .ISO, burn in a pen drive, boot, "hot patch" the chip, and put the new battery.
If the energy int he computer ever gets to zero, meaning no power cord or battery is connected, chip info will get reseted and the pen drive process should be done again. So when you want to do some cleaning of the fan and so on, once or twice a year, you will also face the problem of start the computer with the pen drive to hot-patch then you are good to go while computer doen't get in a state of zero energy. (no batt, no power cord).
its such a shame Lenovo does this, but its what it is. Hope it helps,
