it's based on AMD Athlon Neo II k325 1,3 but I can use it in range from 1.2 to 1.43 through BIOS setting called "performance level".

So is there any way to set higher or lower (in case of battery life) frequency for the CPU from BIOS?

Please have a look what can you do with this option. It would be great to unlock it.
