I have a old laptop Toshiba satellite A300D-126 (PSAK4E) with SATA II controler and i need to unlock the "SATA MODE" option in Bios. I have a SSD 250Gb that runs in IDE mode, i made a new installation of windows 7 64bit and windows 10 64bit and still show IDE controller in the Device Manager my bios version is 2.80 (Attachement zip file last version from Toshiba Site). I found a unlock Bios "Advanced" Menu from this site but there is no option for the Sata Mode.<br />

I have a notebook with an Intel_Atom N270@ 1.6ghz and an Intel i945GSE Chipset. GPU@400mhz with GMA Booster <img src="https://www.bios-mods.com/forum/images/smilies/tongue.gif" alt="Tongue" title="Tongue" class="smilie smilie_5" /> . I run Windows 7 32bit-1gb ram ddr2 with no aero for more performance and i was hoping maybe you could do some magic to my bios and mod it with some perfomance options maybe an FSB option or RAM mhz settings please.... maybe add OC option from 1.6ghz to 1.8ghz i know i will need some voltage too but you are the masters here!... or usefull extra bios fearures like temp monitor,FAN monitor...everything helps do your best please with all the extra options in bios.<br />

the option was in the bios but the backlight don't work after enabling it.<br />

the Keyboard is lighting i tested it on the port for touchpad and it works but on the normal port for backlite not.<br />
