Confirmed working with OEM Win7, using a cheap USB chip programmer after bricking the board attempting to flash it with the built in BIOS update, using a USB keyboard. Could not hit Enter to accept the final Y prompt to reset. Try with a PS/2 keyboard and if that fails, it's a good excuse to buy a chip programmer.<br />
