Hi I am wondering if anyone can help add an SLIC 2.1 table to the bios for the BENQ Joybook S41. I couldn't unpack the bios so i did the following to dump the bios:

Quote:To extract your bios do the folowing:
Open HWDirect and go to "Memory Dump".
In the Adress box enter FFF00000
In the Size box enter 100000
press Dump.

Right click into window, select all, right click again, copy. Paste as new file into winhex. (Open winhex and press Shift + insert key) Make sure ASCII-hex is selected. Save file and upload, please!

Is this correct or is there another way to dump the bios?

Thanks in advance!
