Installed new bios update. card installed fine, software installed fine. but WIFI on/off switch whether keyboard or manual switch would not turn on the ac7260 wifi card. put old OEM wifi card back in and same thing, can not turn on wifi card.
Did something get missed in the new bios mod?
Or - Worse case how would i go back to old bios?

got a i7 in that laptop im using it as a htpc. yea i7 was not listed but it work and even run 10gb ram and window 10
So im wondering if the bios here the 44CN43WW_NWL_DOS_ByCamiloml
would allow me to run egpu like the exp gdc 8.0
got a 7950 to use. would use it for 4k output and some gaming. got a fx and a 4790k for serious gaming.
Only issue is bios is passwork locked. Seem the old owner did not tell my friend and i got the laptop....

please mode bios for lenovo b 570 notebook to use 3g card ericsson f5521gw.
problem is that i did it once with camiloml one and succesfully instaled in may laptop: - Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 card.
now when i install ericsson f5521gw card i get error :104 - wwan card unsupported....
can it be a withelist for wwan cards beside the one for wireless cards....?
what should i do to use 3g card in my laptop

So i just recently bought an Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC Mini PCI card and My computers whitelist prevents it from running. I also tried to get the modded versions for my BIOS that have removed the whitelist but i have also changed my operating system to Linux and the .exe files will not run the way they are supposed to even if i get a converter like Wine windows program loader. could someone please upload a version of that mod for Linux?

I just ordered an Intel AC8265 Wi-Fi card as a replacement to the slow Wi-Fi card that's installed on my laptop. Soon I found out there's a whitelist on my laptop's BIOS and here I am. I looked around the website and found several threads about removing the whitelist on this laptop like this one:

I really have no clue of how I'm supposed to even approach this, so I really need a good explanation of all this.
