DV6-3080br Unlock Menus Request
Hello, I have a HP Pavillion DV6-3080br and I need the BIOS advanced menu unlocked, specifically to disable the integrated graphic card radeon 4250m to be possible get full QE/CI on discrete radeon 5650m on mountain lion.
I saw the BIOS is RSA signed, but here some peoples say that be possible.
So any help would be appreciated and I will donate for a hard work!

Here you go. There was no obvious way that it was hiding the advanced tab, so I just swapped the diagnostics tab with it. Just run InsydeFlash.exe to flash the modded bios rom Big Grin

Just so you know, there's always some risk involved with flashing bios. It's entirely your decision if you want to try it.
thanks for answer Big Grin, but the BIOS is RSA, so what have you do to believe that isn't no problem to flash? I compare the modded bin with the original with hex editor and only the init is equals o.0
can you give some instruction to avoid brick my notebook?
if something go wrong, your recovery guide will restore to default without doubt? (felling fear... Confused)
As i said previously, it's entirley your decision if you want to try it. You posted this request will full understanding that bios modding can be dangerous, yet now your feeling uncertain about it. If your afraid then you don't have to try it.
