Unfortunately, I could not find on the forum utility that creates a dumping BIOS to .bin format. How can I use .ROM file? Can I use this file in the .ROM format, simply renaming it to .Bin or need to re-send dump?

Trying to remove the whitelist on my Lenovo G500s.
My wifi card has been acting up and I've been reading that replacing the wifi card is not as easy as plug n play. Much help is appreciated.
I have attached the ROM file created after running the backup bios application.

Manufacturer: Lenovo
Model: G500s
BIOS Model: InsydeH2O 7BCN36WW (V2.02)
