Looking to unlock fan speed control in my BIOS (InsydeH20 ver1.5 rev3.7) - any help greatly appreciated.

Could anybody, please, help me to unlock all advanced menu options of the BIOS for my Toshiba Qosmio X70-A-K2S (PSPLTR-00S01KRU).
