You are luck as You get the SPI PGM cause your Bios is NEW type so RSA is changed way !
I found something to patch and try, but Brick is easy and You can rewwrite easy back
the original recovering quickly the laptop !

Successfully flashes, however I get stuck in a "HP BIOS update" recovery loop.
Reverted back to backup in the meantime.
SHoot, going to be away from home for the next couple of days, I'll try it out when I get back !

Finally home!
Tried the second version you posted, still get stuck at boot in a "bios is recovering" loop.
I'll get you another dump of the current working bios in case something for corrupted during my first read.
Ok I will give a look, as I said now the RSA Check is changed !
