Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hello,
Laptop Lenovo S440 has no option for HDD mode in BIOS.
I'd like to get RAID options to use Intell RST technology, maybe some additional power or CPU advanced menu.
Is it possible to mod? I see a lot of mods for other Lenovo laptops, but no for s440.

Will be appreciated for help or advice
