Your BIOS is RSA signed so unlocked mod can be flashed by the HW SPI Programmer.You must disassemble a laptop and solder out bios chip to get access to flashing SPI programmer tool.If you haven't this experience and want to continue please ask this action at laptop services.
As Da Vinci said it's RSA Signed , but We can try to use the F.05 sp57274.exe version !
I don't know if that version is RSA Signed too as 03-2012 meanwhile not signed have
date 12-2011 max, so We can only test It !

I try to install the sp57274.exe version for ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp57001-57500/sp57274.exe
but I receive the error "This BIOS file is not allow to flash. The flash process will be terminated."

any other suggestions?

Open platform.ini with Notepad and find next text
"[Option]
Flag=2

;Flag 0-> Auto-flash mode.
;Flag 1-> User option mode, including option, start, exit buttons.
;Flag 2-> User flash mode, including start, exit buttons."
Change "2" to "1" and save.
Run InsydeFlash as Admin and press Option button.
Find in Option Tab next menu Platform Information.You should uncheck following option "Check must newer then current BIOS".
Press OK and flash!

Yes, flag=1
uncheck box "Check must newer then current BIOS" if it is active.
I tried to do as you said.
But the error persists.
Any other suggestions?

OK, in main menu of Insydeflash current and new bios id platform are matched?
