Your Bios version has Eeprom Chip Write Protected
Error 280: Failed to disable write protection for the BIOS space!
So make this test (Sleep Bug) . . .
Now We have to see if Sleep Bug is Activate yet !
So put your laptop into Sleep Mode (just close the Lid) and then Wacke-Up It
(reopen the Lid), then redo the result files (I hope last time !)
If We get again error 280 (unpack result file using WinRar v.5.20 or above
and then check error files, if Error 280 then Downgrade to version 13
and redo result file again :

Here You go :
http://rghost.net/6GxYxcVdP
Unpack the Bios Mod and copy the "modified" folder into C: HD root place !
Then open Command Promt with Admin Rights (CLI window C:\), put your laptop
into Sleep Mode (just close the Lid) and then Wacke-Up It (reopen the Lid),
after this execute these comands from CLI window :
cd \
cd modified
fptw -f bios.bin -bios
(or fptw64 for Windows x64)
