So I have a Dell Inspiron 3521 with the A12 version of the InsydeH20 Bios, I downsloaded this file and despite being named "generalized" there's a read me file in which it says the mod is only for "this pc", I assume it was modified accordingly to the info detailed in the bios dump of that user, can anyone modify it for me or tell me what do I need to do in order to make it work with my pc?

Hi. I tried to use eGPU on my laptop for second desktop monitor purposes but to no avail. It doesn't get detected on Device Manager. I guess unlocking the BIOS might help.

* Windows 10 Pro 20H2
* 12GB DDR3 RAM (4GB Hynix + 8GB Kingston)
* 128GB SSD w/ 500GB HDD for data
* Intel Core i5 3rd Gen 3337U
* Intel HD Graphics 4000 w/ AMD Radeon HD 8730M as discrete GPU
* Nvidia/Sapphire GeForce 8800GT eGPU (Windows didn't detect it)
* Realtek NIC & HD Audio
* A12 Dell BIOS (Downgraded from A16)
