Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Thank so much! I took the plunge & installed this 5521 bios over my 3521 & now all of the advanced menus show up, only thing I had to change was the ATA setting so my HDD would boot up.

Hi my friends. I am writing to you from TURKIYE. I have a laptop Dell 3521 and I want to try hackintosh. But there are some problems about bios. My question is; Can i flash this modded bios to my laptop? İf i flash it that hidden menus will open? I need that menus for hackintosh. If it is safe i will flash it. Waiting your answer. I myself been researching and trying to figure out how to mod the bios. but no progress on my end. stuck always.

sadly it didn't work
error 104: the 2 SPI flash devices do not have compatible command sets
that's the message i got

Ok friend,
open fparts.txt file Eeproms Definitions and find your Eeproms rows :

W25Q16BV,    0xEF4015, 0x1000000,  0x1000, 0x20, 64, 0, 0x60, 80000
W25Q32BV,    0xEF4016, 0x2000000,  0x1000, 0x20, 64, 0, 0xc7, 80000

We have to align comand 0x60 for both rows (try first both to 0x60 and
then 0xc7) so modify to get both the same and save !
Retry to flash from USB Stick Dos Mode !
