My pc has no uefi support,is the problem cause from this?

Yes, UEFI booting is disabled.

So there is no way to enable Ht then?

Use BootDiskUtility to make USB stick with Clover.
Then you can use UEFI booting from Clover to run EFI shell.

With clover,i get access to efi shell

But this time it says setup_var is not recognized
